What we store
We store account information, job metadata, extracted results, and export artifacts needed to provide the product experience. Short-lived raw ZIP uploads may be automatically deleted after processing or according to retention rules.
How data is used
Your files and prompts are used to generate previews, process extraction jobs, and produce downloadable structured outputs. Usage and billing metadata may also be stored to enforce plan limits and maintain auditability.
Security and access
Access to jobs and exports is tied to your signed-in account. We use authenticated API access, cloud storage, and server-side checks to keep work scoped to the right user.
Retention and deletion
Processed outputs may remain available in your account history until deleted or removed by retention policy. If you need data removal help, contact us and include the account email tied to the relevant jobs.
